A survey conducted by Omaha, Nebraska-based Professional Research Consultants (PRC) says BroMenn Regional Medical Center (BRMC) is the hospital of choice of residents of McLean County over any other provider, by more than a 2-to-1 margin. Additionally, BRMC was mentioned by residents more than 2-to-1 for the perceived strength of its brain/stroke care, major surgery, maternity care, orthopedic services, trauma/ER, outpatient diagnostic testing, mental health and gastrointestinal services.

BRMC was also the leading choice of consumers for the perceived strength of its cardiovascular, outpatient surgery and geriatric services.

The results were compiled from a random phone survey of more than 350 households in McLean County conducted by healthcare research specialists PRC during the summer of 2008. PRC is the premier marketing research organization providing services exclusively for the healthcare industry.
