BroMenn Patients and Visitors

Whether you're a patient of ours or visiting a loved one, we want to ensure your experience at BroMenn is pleasant. This section will help guide you with all the information you need, beginning with our patient and visitor guides.

Spreading Cheer

If you have a loved one in the hospital, we encourage you to visit. Personal interaction has been shown to foster healing. If you can't be there in person, sending well-wishes is easy with our Cheer Cards. You can send a Cheer Card to a patient's room or directly to their Email inbox. Our gift shop would also be happy to assist you in finding the perfect gift or flower arrangement.

Patient Information

Part of our mission statement is to educate our community, which fosters an environment of trust. Each patient at a BroMenn facility has specific rights and responsibilities, which are vital to providing the best care.

BroMenn Healthcare encourages the use of advance directives. This section can guide you with items such as a living will or durable power of attorney.

If you are in need of financial assistance with your hospital bill, or if you would like to know more about our billing system, please read our Billing Guide. You can also reach a financial counselor by calling (309) 268-2279 or (309) 268-5717.

Visitor Information

At BroMenn, we realize that visitors and loved ones can play a vital role in the healing process. Prior to visiting one of our facilities, please check the visitor guide for specific visiting hours.

BroMenn Healthcare provides a smoke-free environment for our patients, staff and visitors. We ask that if you need to smoke, please do so only in designated areas.

Ensuring Patient Safety

In an effort to ensure patient safety and public trust, our Chief Nursing Officer will handle questions about our staffing levels and staff competence.

For questions or to make an appointment, call (309) 268-5896 for BroMenn Regional Medical Center or (309) 467-2371 for Eureka Community Hospital. All questions will be answered in accordance with the 2004 Hospital Report Card Act.

View our general nurse staffing plan.   Changes to this staffing plan may occur depending on the acuity of our patients.
