At BroMenn Healthcare, quality of care and your safety are our highest priority. Our staff will do everything possible to ensure it. The most important thing you can do to ensure good care and prevent medical errors is to be an active partner in your own health care.
Voice Your Concerns
If you have a concern about your safety or quality of care, we encourage you to talk with us about it. You may speak with a member of your health care team, or contact a patient relations representative for BroMenn Regional Medical Center at (309) 268-5053, or for Eureka Community Hospital at (309) 467-2371 extension 4511.
Joint Commission Accreditation
BroMenn Regional Medical Center and Eureka Community Hospital are accredited by the Joint Commission, an independent not-for-profit organization that sets and monitors healthcare quality standards. To earn and maintain accreditation, the hospitals must undergo an extensive on-site evaluation of compliance with the Joint Commission’s nationally recognized standards. The standards deal with the activities that affect the quality of patient care and the safety of the environment in which care is provided.
